I am Laura Szabó, textile designer and goldsmith. For more than two decades I have been immersing myself in the world of gemstones and real pearls, designing and making unique gold jewelry in my own workshop. In addition, I am passionate about dyeing pure silk scarves and felting women's and men's scarves using the highest quality Australian merino wool and pure silk.
Behind my creations are rigorously selected raw materials and exquisite craftsmanship. For me, jewelry and silk products are not just ornaments or garments, but a most eloquent way of self-expression. I believe that what we wear not only dresses our bodies, but also reflects our self and our philosophy of life.
Wearing jewellery and the softness of silk gives you poise and self-confidence, but also a sense of loyalty to traditions and the precious materials we cherish and treasure. Once my passion for art and precision opened a new dimension in my life and since then I have been a committed believer in endless meticulous work.
My studio is located at the foot of the Pilis Mountain in Hungary, where my silk products and gold jewelry are made in a refined and timeless style. My primary goal is not just to sell my products, but to convey a sense of life that comes from the experience of effortless elegance as you feel the softness of silk, the weight of real pearls and the warmth of wool against your skin.
